Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’m sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this caused. When you called with concerns about the oil change, we invited you back so we could inspect the vehicle right away. We verified fresh oil on the dipstick and the proper oil level, but to give you additional peace of mind, we completed the oil change again and reviewed the oil level with you before you left. We never want a customer to feel uncertain about the work performed, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concern in person. We also have mobile service for oil changes that can come to you at your office or home for added convenience in the future. Your time matters to us, and I apologize that this visit caused frustration.
