Bought a used car here. While we signed the papers, they took the car to be washed. When it came back it was significantly scratched and was obviously damaged by the car was While we signed the papers, they took the car to be washed. When it came back it was significantly scratched and was obviously damaged by the car wash. They took the car back to repair/repaint for the scratches. In doing the repairs, they removed the PPF from the hood (left it on the fenders, though). Now they want me to pay $300+ to replace the PPF on the hood. Not impressed - passed around between service and sales teams. No one takes ownership for this. I also found an undisclosed GPS tracking unit under the hood - something I was not informed about or consented to (I paid cash for the car so they have no legal right to track me). Pretty disappointing experience all around. More
