I had an excellent purchasing experience from beginning to end - from Justin Griffith, sales manager to Ken Lingenfelter, sales consultant, to Max Glasson and Josiah Champeno, the business/financial guys, back to Ken. Josiah spent a considerable amount of time going over the paperwork end of the deal. His explanations were appreciated. This dealership is well organized and professional. Our family has been dealing with Ken Lingenfelter for years, and he's been nothing but wonderful. He's knowledgeable and helpful. After everything was finalized, Ken reminded me that if I needed anything or had any questions to either call or stop in. He called me the next day to make sure all was well and that I didn't have any unanswered questions. Aaron Soboleski was awesome getting all the financing taken care of.
