Bobby Krouse, as well as all of the other employees interacting with me to assist me in completing the purchase of my new Honda SUV performed outstanding teamwork, They all participated collectively in expediting the process with no unnecessary pressure or blatant misinformation. Bobby was particularly explicit with explaining the advantages of all/any of the vehicles I inquired about, including the Honda Civic as well as the Honda Pilot that I initially thought I might be interested in. His ability to provide me with the information I needed to help steer me in the right direction for purchasing the vehicle that was the right fit for me was perfect. I love my Honda CR-V, and am very satisfied with all of the explanations and answers I was given for all of my questions. Bobby also went out of his way to make sure that I understood how everything worked and left our communication open in such a way that I feel that I can call him at any time (within reason, of course) with any question I might have, and if he doesn't know the answer right then, he will absolutely take the time to find out and get back to me! Altoona Honda has been servicing my CRV which I bought from a different dealership and I decided to see what they could for me this time around and I have been VERY happy so far. I was able to get a great deal on the Civic and a great deal on a warranty. I had some reservations on the extended warranty which Aaron was able to clear up for me. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from here. Adam and Aaron ended up staying after hours to get the deal finished up. As far as my service with my CRV goes, I have been more than happy and am always treated fair and kind. More

I have full coverage for practically everything on the car for the entire three years. I have a small business that requires so very much time, I cannot fritter away time dealing with a car that needs attention. This is the SIXTH Honda I have purchased from this dealership in twenty-two (22) years. Two of them were for my kids.
