I had purchased my Subaru Outbacks from Bald Hill in Warwick RI because I worked in the area. That changed so I searched for a new dealer, I found Anchor Subaru in North Smithfild and started going the Warwick RI because I worked in the area. That changed so I searched for a new dealer, I found Anchor Subaru in North Smithfild and started going there for my service. I am glad that I did, it was a good choice. The Service Advisors and staff are friendly and very helpful, I am completly satisfied with the service. When it is time to replace my existing 2005 I will look at another Outback from Anchor, it will be my 5th Outback. More

I recently purchased a used Subaru at Anchor. I originally started to look for a used car at small non new car dealer lots. Looking at these types of sellers proved to be very frustrating and unreliable. I stopped at Anchor to enhance my knowledge of Outback’s. I met Derek (sales), he asked what I was looking for and what was my price range was. He not only met my needs but far exceeded them by finding a car with impeccable history which was all documented by Anchor (the car was bought and always serviced at Anchor). In all my years of purchasing new and many used cars, this is by far the best. I recently had my first service appointment and found it to be professional, fast, and complete. I will continue to have my car serviced at Anchor. I am now a Subaru convert and will probably replace my Toyotas with Subaru’s. More

I have gone to the service department before. They service the vehicle on schedule and complete the work needed. I need to return in 2 months to get my brake pads changed under the waranttee, they ex service the vehicle on schedule and complete the work needed. I need to return in 2 months to get my brake pads changed under the waranttee, they explained this to me so that I could understand what the issue was...........ie: thickness of the brake pads. Overall, the experience was excellent. A very nice feature is that they hand wash your car as part of the service, this is done at no charge to the customer. I'm sure it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg to do this, but customers really appreciate this feature...........I know, I do! Thank you More

Jorge was exceptional. He was very professional and answered all of questions with honesty. His clearly understands the entire line of Subaru extremely well and made the entire experience comfortable. He was very attentive to what I needed as a customer. Most importantly, Jorge made every effort to make the sale work for me within my price point, which he did successfully.
