First I would like to start off by stating that this dealership was not the original dealership that we were going to purchase our new impreza. I had dealt with another dealership and had a very "uneas dealership was not the original dealership that we were going to purchase our new impreza. I had dealt with another dealership and had a very "uneasy" feeling about them not giving us the best deal within reason. By fate, I happened upon Anchor Subaru on a google search. After talking on the phone with Char, I knew we needed to make the hour drive to Anchor. Upon entering the dealership, we met Char face to face. He took us out and showed us the vehicle we were interested in, taking the time to go over all features the car had and to answer all of our questions. The impreza at this dealership was consideribly less. After the test drive we went into the sales office to "crunch" the numbers. There was no pressure or uneasy feeling dealing with Char and the guys behind the counter (forgive me that I can not remember their names). Within a short time we were signing a purchase agreement. Two days later we came back to sign our loan papers and pick up our new Impreza. Upon getting there, Char went over everything in owners manual and a rundown on the car. Then we went into see Paulett to sign the loan paperwork. She was the most friendly, down to earth person who made you feel so at ease. She worked hard to get us matched with the best lender for us. Dealing with Char and Paulett was more like sitting down with old friends. I will now tell anyone who asks me about my new subaru, that it is definitely worth the ride to Anchor Subaru. The price, selection and staff make it all worth the trip. Also make sure to ask for Char! And tell Paulette hello! More

Anchor Subaru was clearly the superi I have buying cars for many years. I decided to purchase a Subaru Impreza. I went to several Subaru dealers. Anchor Subaru was clearly the superior Subaru dealer. They were friendly and wanted to conduct business in a positive manner from the moment I walked in. Buying a car is not usually a positive experience. However, it was at Anchor Subaru. They were very willing to make a deal that worked for both of us. I received a trade in value for my car that was far superior to any other Subaru dealer. I give the salesman Greg Washington high grades. He was helpful, but not aggressive. He was very business like, which is the manner I like sales people. The star of Anchor Subaru is the business officer Paulette Matteson. Paulette is extremely helpful, has lots of knowledge, takes her time, has a great personality and an outstanding sense of humor. I had the pleasure of having Jorge as my salesman when I went to Anchor to look at the used Forresters. Jorge was the best. Even though this was going to be my 2nd Subaru, Jorge went through every detail of the car as there were more options not in my older Subaru Legacy. I had bought my Legacy at Anchor as well about 10 years ago and liked the dealership then. That is why I went back. Paulette Maddison made the financing a breeze. I couldn't have gotten a better price. All that paperwork seemed simple as she explained each and every piece of the puzzle! It seemed like all I had to do was to pick a color and they did the rest. Thank you Anchor! Keep up the good work. It's been about 6 months now with my new charcoal Subaru Forrester. Love it! More

Today we bought a Subaru Impreza from Anchor Subaru. This was the third car we've bought from them, and as we expected, everything about the transaction went very well! Our salesman, Shar Chauvin, was great to work with - he never pressured us - and he worked hard to find us a car which was exactly what we were looking for. He also got us a great tradein value for our old car. The business manager, Paulette Matteson, was also very helpful and found a creative way to resolve our unusual registration issue - her solution cut our registration costs in half and spared us from having to go to the registry ourselves to straighten our situation out. Also, we had been quoted a finance rate of 2.99, and we were very pleased to learn that Paulette had found us an even lower rate, 2.84. I have been recommending Anchor Subaru to family and friends for many years and will do so even more enthusiastically now! More
I may sound bias in my review but it is only that I have never purchased a vehicle from anywhere else but Anchor Auto to the present Anchor Auto Group. Customer satisfaction starts at the top with Brian and Bob Benoit. My wife and I went to Anchor looking either to purchase a 2-3 yr. old car. We spoke with George Navarre, with whom we had purchased our 2006 Tribeca from 2 years ago. George is super nice,We test drove a couple of cars and asked about how leasing works? He spoke with us and explained it all, and gave us the Leasing figures on a 2012 Legacy (I was trading in my 1998 Legacy wagon)which really fit our current situation and put me into a car that I really wanted but did not think I could afford at this time. Although we also own a 2006 Subaru..George went over everything with me... Everything from warrenty to all the buttons and controlls, set the radio to my favorite stations,George actually kneeled down on the ground beside the drivers door while doing this. Past experience tells me I'll be getting a call over the weekend to check on my satisfaction. Paulette in finace was also great, she explained line by line how everything was computed. Anchor does not have a huge FANCY showroom with expresso and sandwhiches...which is great because THAT cost is NOT passed on to us! More

Anchor Subaru dealership and all their personnel are great. They have always treated me like I was one of them. My visit on a recall was done in a superb manner. Also they did a safety inspection and hand washed my car which I did not expect. I have owned about 12 or 14 cars in my life so far and the Subaru Forester is the best vehicle I have ever owned. Anchor Subaru is a very caring dealership and all its personnel have the customer's best interest at all times. No other dealership has ever has such a caring, understanding, and customer satisfaction policy like Anchor Subaru. For months after I purchased my 2007 Subaru Forester, the salesman, Shar, kept in touch with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and if I ever had any questions or problems I could contact him. The service department also gave me a chart showing when I should have the Forester serviced in addition to regular oil changes. They also call me to remind me of the time I need to get it serviced. There never has been a dealer who has ever done as much for me as Anchor Subaru. I think that they do a terrific job in taking excellent care of their customers. Louis H. Tremblay More
