The service drive advisor lied to me, I spent 7 hours waiting for my truck windshield wiper not operating. I was told that they were working on the truck, and they eliminated several problems. In reality waiting for my truck windshield wiper not operating. I was told that they were working on the truck, and they eliminated several problems. In reality my truck never moved from the lot, I have GPS. I finally left. So I checked out the truck myself and the nut on the windshield wiper was loose, nothing more. I didn’t want to work on it since it is under warranty, however I needed the windshield wipers to operate. More
