Nathanial (Nate) in Service is amazing. You can tell he actually cares about taking care of his customers and fixing whatever their concerns with their vehicle is. Adam, Jason and Gabriel were fantastic to work with. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my time, and this was one of the best, if not the best experiences I have had. Adam who was my main sales I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my time, and this was one of the best, if not the best experiences I have had. Adam who was my main salesperson, was very patient with me as I am very particular, and do tend to nit-pick things. But he was kind, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured. Numbers/Price were always straightforward. If I had questions about something they would answer. I didn't feel like I was being oversold, which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. To the best of my knowledge, they are one of the few non-chain dealers left in Anchorage, and as a lifelong born and raised Alaskan, that's a good thing. More
