Since the vehicles were covered in snow, he had them brought into the shop to be washed and warmed up so that we could see what they actually looked like. Great guys! More

I contacted Shane through their website being interested in a used Compass that they had on their lot. I had tried to contact several other dealerships in the area and was treated like an outsider as I was transferring from CA to AK within 2 weeks. Shane was willing to work with me and made the whole process super easy. He understood that I was under a lot of stress (family coming up later, 3000 mi move and it being ALASKA!!!) and did all he could do, and then some, to make it easy for me. Not to mention, we handled the whole process over the phone!!! Shane and Genaro had the car and paperwork ready for me the day I arrived in AK. They were super honest with me and showed me everything up front which isn't seen much anymore at other dealerships. I for sure will not go anywhere else for our next car. These two guys definitely got my business. We're already looking there for my wife's car for when she and the family arrives here this coming summer! Thanks again Shane and Genaro!!! More
