Great customer service Walter Pride, my salesman, and the rest of his team went out of their way past closing to get me in my new vehicle and out the door. I showed up at the dealership around 8pm and didn’t leave until 11pm or so. There were incentives I wanted to take advantage of before the end of the month and was leaving out of town so we had no choice but to stay late to work through the transaction. Gino the manager was patient enough to go over the numbers with me several times before proceeding. Extremely Satisfied We live over 200 miles away. Buying a vehicle is not an easy task. 1st Edrik was very receptive and attentive to our brother's inquiries on our behalf We live over 200 miles away. Buying a vehicle is not an easy task. 1st Edrik was very receptive and attentive to our brother's inquiries on our behalf. He treated our brother as though he was the buyer. Our brother was able to inspect the vehicle, go over specs, and give us first person knowledge of the condition of the vehicle before it was passed through the dealership maintenance and detail. We set up a scheduled viewing on a day we were able to travel up. It happened to be Edrik's day off. He kept in constant contact with us and showed up, shoes shined and tie perfectly knotted, on his day off to help us with acquring the vehicle. I am a short statured woman, purchasing a 2500 Ram, and Edrik didn't even flinch when it came to the test drive. He was perfectly charasmatic without the pushiness of a stereotypical salesman. He answered my questions to the point and kept me abreast of items I had neglected to ask. The application process was smooth and payment options were lower than my current rates. It took all of 3 hours from start to finish. While all this is going on, my two toddlers (1 &2) are in the building. All the employees were extremely considerate with my boys. They gave them popcorn, balloons to play with, and even thought of closing the sales floor entrance/exits so they could run around. I was really impressed. Once paperwork was done and temporary title was in hand, the truck had to go through maintenance and detail. We were given a loaner and Edrik made sure to give us an ETA for pickup, then a call when our truck was ready to be driven off the lot. Again, on his day off. My truck is a dream, my boys were treated amazingly, and an experience that can sometimes be daunting and exhausting is a sweet memory for me and my family.
