Kevin, takes very good care of our relationship and friendship . I always go to Mr. Garza, Because I trust him and I know he will solve any mechanical problems my 2007 Caravan has. Some how the Dealership needs to train the other service reps. Using Mr. Garza, as an example In performing their jobs. Kevin, has been at your dealership coming up on ten years. He's the only service tech. that has not left your dealership. He's always their , I cringe went he leaves on vacation . No one else takes care of my needs and repairs as Kevin does.
