Once I had decided on a vehicle, the web-site enabled me to pre-qualify and that's when I was contacted by Don Miller. His initial contacts (email and phone call) were introductory and warm. Don actually listened and worked very quickly and efficiently for me to purchase a new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. The dealership is about a three hour drive from where I live so coordinating a time to pick-up the vehicle was another apsect that Don handled with professionalism. There was never any rush on his part to 'come buy this vehicle'. He was the exact opposite: I sent a deposit and could pick-up the vehicle when it fit into my busy schedule. When I picked up the Jeep, Don was there to greet me - my time at the dealership was brief - only 40-45 minutes to sign paperwork and a tour of the facility. Don followed up with me post-sale, and that was extremely appreciated. The actions of an employee reflect on the entire business and in this case, Don was outstanding in all aspects of vehicle shopping/buying.
