Easy, Fair, Trustworthy and Knowledgeable My current Ram product was in for service and near it's warranty expiration so decided to look at some new Ram models. I have bought 3 vehicles from My current Ram product was in for service and near it's warranty expiration so decided to look at some new Ram models. I have bought 3 vehicles from Anchorage Chrysler in the past and I always come back. I was most interested in some 2017 Ecodiesel models which appeared to be on clearance, but wanted to know why it was they had a stockpile of 2017 Ecodiesels on hand. Shane walked me through the Ecodiesel and the issues associated with them through Volkswagen. After we test drove that, we ended up in a Hemi with all the same options for just a tad bit more. The price on my trade was fair and slightly more than I expected. Would recommend Shane and Genaro to any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle in Anchorage. More

Our sales rep Edrik and the sales manager Genaro went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. After we signed our paperwork they sat us down with Tony the finance manager and he explained everything to us and made sure we understood what we were paying for and our warranty options. All around it was a great first experience getting our first vehicle together and I will be choosing Anchorage Chrysler Dodge again when I need my next vehicle. More
