I live in Fairbanks, 350 miles away, and I called him one afternoon and to I want to thank Conner for his kindness, professionalism, and flexibility. I live in Fairbanks, 350 miles away, and I called him one afternoon and told him I was interested in a Cherokee Trailhawk. He made me feel important, took his time, and didn't make any part of the negotiations stressful. Two hours later I was arriving in Anchorage ready to buy a car. He met my taxi in the parking lot, and treated me and my wife like royalty. He had the car detailed, all the paperwork ready, and we were out of there in less than an hour. The manager stopped in to say hi, and ensure we were happy. Overall, this is exactly what car buying should be like.
