Quality standards Mikhail Ungrin was an excellent Service Advisor. We brought our Dodge Durango in for a maintenance service. While there we told him of a problem with Mikhail Ungrin was an excellent Service Advisor. We brought our Dodge Durango in for a maintenance service. While there we told him of a problem with our keyless start and entry. While doing the repair we were loaned a vehicle until the problem was resolved. While doing this repair the mechanic found other issues and Mikhail notified us and it was taken care of stat. We are pleased with the total service and care of our vehicle and mostly the care they gave us while working on the repairs. We recommend them highly. More
