Ram 3500 Allen and Genaro saved this sale, I walked in and bought the truck, requested additional accessories be installed. Parts and service was given 2 weeks to install the parts. They dropped the ball in epic fashion, then had the nerve to blame me. I was ready to walk away. Allen and Genaro are fantastic employees who go the extra mile for the customer. Parts guy needs to pull his head out, take some classes for responsibility and respect. Service guy needs the same, it was truly pathetic to have those two pointing fingers and fumbling excuses. As a business owner I struggle to understand why they are allowed to behave like that. Allen and Genaro should have a solid support team behind them supporting them . More

Horrible experience I will never step foot in that dealership again. I had nothing but problems. Was treated poorly and never got anything resolved properly. I continuous I will never step foot in that dealership again. I had nothing but problems. Was treated poorly and never got anything resolved properly. I continuously had to go in there for problem after problem. First off they let me drive off the lot in a car that was not properly inspected or fixed. It had a transmission leak and other work that needed to be finished. When I brought it back the used cars manager said he’d make things right. He didn’t. I was still treated like an insignificant child even though I was the one who purchased the car. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle after everything was fixed and it was detailed all my belongings, that I had made the manager aware that were in there that he specifically said were fine, were missing. I got the run around for about 45 minutes before finally recovering all my things that were tampered with(brand new movies taken out of packaging, movies taken out of cases, an envelope that had a thank you card missing). If I didn’t love the car they had on the lot as much as I did I would have walked away and never done business with them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management is a joke and has no respect or know how to treat a paying customer. More
