Excellent sales experience from a great team! I had a serious issue with a used truck I purchased from Anchorage Chrysler 9 months ago, and contacted the manager I previously dealt with (Dennis Tr I had a serious issue with a used truck I purchased from Anchorage Chrysler 9 months ago, and contacted the manager I previously dealt with (Dennis Trent) and explained the situation. I felt the best resolution was simply to get rid of the old vehicle and trade it in on a new one. Dennis worked with me to make this happen and did an excellent job of bringing closure to what had previously been a negative experience. Dennis introduced me to Kristine and Robbie and assured me that they would make the process of purchasing the new vehicle simple and easy. I met with John to test drive the new Ram 1500 I picked out, and despite being on his 4th day and this deal already being arranged through another salesman, he was very helpful in explaining the various features and options to ensure I was getting the truck I wanted. I met with Robbie the following day, dropped off the trade, completed sales paperwork and left with my new truck. This process could not possibly have been more pleasant or more efficient. Robbie made it very easy, and he obviously cared about making sure this sales experience was my best ever. All around, the management team of Dennis, Robbie and Kristine worked extremely hard to convert me from a previously unhappy customer into a very satisfied one. They've earned my trust and loyalty as a result, and I look forward to working with Anchorage Chrysler in the future. Thanks again! More

I appreciate the teams efforts to hear our concerns and take them at a serious level. They truly cared in making things right. ORIGINAL: This was our second and last purchase from this dealer. The lady that took my on a test drive, Kathrine, frequently turned the conversation back to herself. She was rude to discuss the options with and was unwilling to work with us on numbers. I walked out after because I no longer wished to work with her. My husband reached out to another sales person, Walt, who was wonderful to deal with. He was happy to work numbers with us to make sure we, and the dealership, were happy with the end result. Later, a man named Conner became involved and quoted 'final' numbers to my husband after asking him what needed to occur to make sure the deal got done. I was pleased with the numbers and left another deanship to purchase the car, however when I arrived, Conner stated those numbers were not available any longer and my current car needed to be 'reassess' (it was done only a day prior). I then waited for an hour for my car to be assessed and the deal to be started. NOTE: I arrived thinking the paperwork was being drawn up and we were good to go. I didn't leave until four hours later, nor did I leave with my car, it still had to be put through the shop, detailed and provided with a full tank of gas (which was offered). Conner then retracted the numbers he had previsoully given my husband and I was not provided a full tank of gas. While working with Conner he connected me to a whole new salesman, I later found out that doing so completely cut Walt out of the deal. I am very disappointed at the disorganization and lack of honor in the word of most of the people that work here. Conner and Kathrine were pushy and difficult to work with. Kathrine was rude and overheard talking rudely about the deal with other employees while at a distance. Walt and the other man (I cannot recall his name, he wore matching tie and suspender) were great and friendly to work with. I would never recommend anybody to this deanship. More

Mixed feelings I am overall very upset with the second purchase from my dealership. My wife was torn between a car here and at another dealership. I was contacted by Conor, and asked, "what's it going to take to make this deal?" I was very specific in what I wanted! I was verbally told we would get an additional $600 off the purchase. I then called my wife and told her about the deal, she left the other dealership to come make the purchase. When she arrived, she waited around and was later told they had to re-inspect her trade. They then raised the purchase price almost $800 from what I was told. Because my wife was defeated in this shopping process she gave in, because "payment" was similar... luckily I was not there, or this deal would have been over! I am a man or my word, and I no longer have trust here. More

I love my Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk I went to more than one dealership while in Anchorage an afterward there was no question who I wanted to buy a car from solely based on the fact that I went to more than one dealership while in Anchorage an afterward there was no question who I wanted to buy a car from solely based on the fact that shopping for a vehicle at Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Center was hands down the nicest experience out of all the dealerships I went to. They seemed like they were very interested in what I wanted and only showed me vehicles that fit the description of what I had wanted. I very specifically wanted a vehicle that had automatic start 4 wheel drive and a block heater and window tint that was not bright red or yellow.
