Most importantly, he is HONEST and won't steer you wrong or put you in the wrong vehicle just to make a sale like many car salesman will. This was the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Seriously, I walked away with an amazing deal on a barely-used vehicle, while the dealership made a fair profit too. Overall happy with my experience. The salesperson, Ray, was kind, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. I honestly felt like he went above and beyond for me. Tire spray all over my fenders, and completely missed 1/3rd of each tire. Spot on the car where they wiped the car with what looks like the armor-all rag, all greasy on the hood. And my car was given to me with 1/16th of a tank of gas left. I'm happy with my purchase though. Love my new rig! More
