My New Jeep I bought a new Jeep Patriot back in November. I assumed since I asked for A/C, my jeep had it. But I realized this week, that was not true. I went bac I bought a new Jeep Patriot back in November. I assumed since I asked for A/C, my jeep had it. But I realized this week, that was not true. I went back to the Dealership and found out the salesman that sold me my vehicle was no longer there. After explaining the situation, I was helped by Ray Kingsbury, one of the other Salesmen. Ray was friendly and showed exceptional Customer Service. He quickly and efficiently helped me to find another vehicle with everything I wanted in exchange for my old Jeep. He went above and beyond by removing all my stuff out of my old vehicle and putting it in my new one, making sure the new vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. The Finance Dept was efficient and was able to finance me with a lower payment and keep my Lifetime Warranty. I was exceptionally pleased with my experience! This Dealership's Customer Service exceeded my expectations!. Awesome! More

New Ram Flew down from Fairbanks and Allen picked me up at the airport in my new truck and even waited for me at the bank.
