Unstressed purchase it was a very smooth transaction. The wait time to finalize all the papers with finance could have been shorter but it wasn't anything that could have it was a very smooth transaction. The wait time to finalize all the papers with finance could have been shorter but it wasn't anything that could have been helped, we were in line behind a few other people on a Sunday it's what our salesman did while we were waiting that had me taken back, we were there for about 6 hrs total and my children are 8 and 3 which is along to ask any child to sit still but our salesman made them popcorn to snack on, let them completely take over his office/desk playing just so they wouldn't get restless. We had no intention of purchasing a car which is why we brought the children but Ray was so helpful in getting us our target monthly payment we decided to go ahead and get the car. My trade in car was a complete mess(again no intention of selling) and ray gave me two big garbage bags for it belongings and told me to leave the trash, that we didn't need to put trash in a new car and that they would clean it. Bottom line, the dodge dealership made the transition very smooth, all my questions(my many many questions) were answered, he listed to our concerns, he didn't try to sell us a car that he knew we couldn't afford. Overall a great experience and now I am the proud owner of a 2017 Dodge Durango!!!! Plus they gave it a car wash and a full tank of gas before I left! :) More
