Second Dodge I have bought from here! I got a second good deal in a row at this dealership. If you get with Jmac or Travis (manager) they will look for a good deal for you and I wasn't the I got a second good deal in a row at this dealership. If you get with Jmac or Travis (manager) they will look for a good deal for you and I wasn't there all day I walked in one day and told Jmac what I was looking for and left. A few days later he called me up and told me he had found the truck I was looking for. While waiting they bought me lunch and gave me coffee. I wish that all dealerships cared enough like this one. I have been to Alaska Sales and I bought my first truck there and I got pushed into a truck that I really didn't want and not the best deal. The truck was certified pre owned without a warranty and had issues and recalls they did not inform me about. I took that truck to this dealer and the paperwork on the recalls and they gave me more than I owed for it on the first deal I did here then a year later I decided to upgrade to a Cummins. I got another good deal two years in a row. Thanks guys. More

Great experience (despite hiccups) with a used Ford truck. I was in the market for a used truck, and local inventory showed several at various dealerships/used car lots. After a bit of looking around, I found I was in the market for a used truck, and local inventory showed several at various dealerships/used car lots. After a bit of looking around, I found the vehicle I wanted at Anchorage Chrysler. James McMullian was my salesman, a 40+ year auto sales veteran, and he certainly knows this business. James communicated with me by e-mail prior to me coming down to the dealership, looked the vehicle over with me and accompanied me on a test drive. We made a deal that evening. I also worked with Travis Richardson (his sales manager) and Dennis Trent (the general sales manager) to resolve a couple problems that came up during the sales/inspection process. Both were easy to work with and made sure the issues were immediately resolved. Completing the sales paperwork was a quick and painless process and they had me in and out in abut 30 minutes. The vehicle is great. The condition was as I expected it to be and it will serve me well for many years to come. If they had another vehicle I wanted at their dealership, I would buy from them again. Update 8/2017: 7,000 miles after purchasing, the truck blew a head gasket, is no longer driveable and I'm looking at a labor-intensive $3,000 repair. I contacted Dennis and he worked with me to take the vehicle back on trade at a fair price, and made me a great deal on a new vehicle. Top marks for Anchorage Chrysler for their customer service. Things don't always go smoothly, but it's very telling how a business resolves problems and complaints. When resolving my issues, Anchorage Chrysler acted with integrity and worked diligently to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and experience at their dealership. It's rare to see that kind of follow-through these days. More

Efficient and Friendly I've looked at a fair number of vehicles in the last three weeks and started to dread pulling into a dealers lot. Not once did I feel that way today as Arnold and the the rest of the staff at Anchorage Chrysler helped me purchase my used Toyota 4runner.
