Happy Customer I went in and spoke to Shane about possibly trading in my wife's Subaru Crosstrek for a new Jeep. I explained to him the thousand different options my wife wanted, leather seats, sun roof, room for the dog etc etc etc and he took me straight to this new Jeep Renegade. The fact that he took the time to listen and took me straight to what I asked for was very appreciated and earned a sale. Not too mention, the price was excellent and they were willing to deal with me. My wife loves the vehicle and as you can see she uses her fancy camera to take photos of it on all of her adventures. From the time we stepped on the lot just to look at a used vehicle we were interested in, to driving off with that vehicle we were made to feel welcome. Absolutely no pressure was used by the sales team of James Grubb and Jason Wood. We were able to negotiate a fair price in a matter of minutes. James was great about helping us through the whole process. Jason was very easy to work with when it came down to the "haggling" part of the deal.
