A few days before my truck was expected to arrive, I received a call from Bobby Easterwood who introduced himself to me and provided an update on the vehicle and explained the process on purchasing the vehicle. When I came into the dealership on pick up day, Bobby was professional and friendly. He and Jason Wood have great customer service and went above and beyond to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in over 15 years and the last experience wasn't positive, so I was kind of dreading the price negotiation part, but the price for my truck was even less than what I was expecting. I was so happy because with the money I saved from the bottom line, I was able to purchase accessories for my truck on the spot. Jason Wood was polite and patient while he coordinated with my out of state bank for vehicle payment. Bobby showed me how to set up all the high tech stuff in my new truck that I was not used to.
