This was our second Jeep from this dealership, the first one at 32,000 miles had a transmission issue, the vehicle was still under warranty but it sat in the shop for weeks before we were told that it could take months to have it fixed. I was told that warranty work is not a priority! There was no loaner car offered to get us through, we sought out a new car just for the assurance of a warranty and I can not put into words the betrayal and lack of support in trying to get our vehicle back on the road. It was actually Logan who on his day off contacted the shop and found out that the mechanic had not even looked into the problem after 3 weeks of being parked. Very disappointing experience and because of that I would not go back and would never refer anyone to this dealership in fact a friend recently purchased a Jeep compass from Lithia based on my experience with your dealership. More
