Travis SOLD my custom ordered truck! I ordered a truck over TWO months ago, patiently waiting for it. I told the sales person I was working with the exact day I would be there to pick it I ordered a truck over TWO months ago, patiently waiting for it. I told the sales person I was working with the exact day I would be there to pick it up after they had told me it had arrived. When I got there, after a five hour drive, I learned that Travis had changed the status of my truck from a sold order just so he could sell it to someone else! I'm completely disgusted with the whole ordeal and even more shocked that he has no integrity. Some one else is driving my custom ordered truck that I had to wait two and a half months for! Only saving grace for Anchorage Chrysler Dodge is the others who work there and them knowing they are in debt to me. Now I have to wait another 2-4 months for another truck. More

What really stuck out was his sense of humor, upbeat personality, and knowledge of trucks. If there was a button we didn't know about, he generally had an idea of what it did and why. It was a fun experience and my friend has thoroughly enjoyed her truck this last year. So when my car was going out on me, I knew to give Gordon a call. I told him what truck I loved, so he knew not to try and show me anything else. He definitely takes the time to explain things to you and makes you feel like your opinion matters. That's hard to find in the car sales business. Most times other salesman are dry, condescending, and pushy. I love that Gordon is just himself, which is friendly and funny! I know that I can trust him to get me the best deal too, which is #1 in a car purchase. I would definitely recommend him to others who are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Thanks Gordon! More

Upon arriving, the car I inquired about was parked in front, ready to go. After a quick credit check (due to the cost of the car), we went on a test drive. I was sold before I walked on the lot, as I had a good experience purchasing a car from this dealership before, but the customer service I received truly sealed the deal. Jason Wood, a sales manager, also assisted in this sale, and gave me the best value for vehicle I traded in for. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, especially military service members. When first calling the dealership to see if a specific car was in stock, I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Logan. Logan was very knowledgeable in regards to the models on the lot and was able to promptly answer my questions. After telling me that my model was on the lot, he then asked if it was ok to send me pictures of the cars they had so that I would know what they looked like before I even got there. I thought this was a very unique and creative method of showing me what they had in stock and also expressed to me that he valued my time. When I arrived to the lot, Logan had several jeeps lined up to show me and told me all about the features and options along with capabilities. At no point did I feel he was using high pressure sales tactics or trying to sway me to a particular vehicle. When I decided on the vehicle I wanted, Logan was accommodating and professional throughout the negotiation process and made it feel like he was getting me the best deal possible. In the end I paid considerably less than MSRP and was very satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and if you’re planning on purchasing a car from them I would suggest to ask for Logan. More
