We visited this dealership based on a Craigslist posting and easily found the advertised vehicle. It was not marked with the advertised price, nor was the "best" price offered was still higher than the adv and easily found the advertised vehicle. We were finally offered the special price, and told the salesperson who posted it was "sent home for the day". They did provide a fair value for our trade-in, sight-unseen, and shopped for the best lender financing rate. We attempted to compare the price of a used 2013, with a new 2013, but we were presented with a sticker displaying differing options. Infact, the rebates available for the new 2013 would have created a net price $1,500-$2,000 less than we paid. While it is our option to make the final decision, it certainly was a moving target to determine the actual price and with all of the misleading information provided, we ultimately made a poor decision with the final price. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer and unfortunately, I feel that I lost trust with this transaction. More

Moving from Arizona to Anchorage with a tight time frame to purchase a vehicle and get settled before the job began. The car was shiny, filled with gas and ready for us. New to the area and to Jeep Stu went over the vehicle (my first car purchase on my own!) and explained the 4 wheel drive and the heating functions for the motor. Beyond that Stu pointed out different areas of Alaska and gave me some very sound advice. A dealership that cares. A car salesman who was honest, friendly, spent a lot of time with me even after the purchasing part was done. Stu was wonderful and I would send anyone looking for a vehicle to see their dealership and specifically to Stu. If I enjoy the last frontier and stay beyond my planned two years I will go see Stu again and likely buy another Jeep. Best purchasing experience ever even according to my parents.
