I bought a 2010 Wrangler 2-Dr soft-top at Lyberger's and decided that I would feel more comfortable in a 4-Dr hard-top. I went to Anchorage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram and bought a 2013 Wrangler 4-Dr hardt and decided that I would feel more comfortable in a 4-Dr hard-top. I went to Anchorage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram and bought a 2013 Wrangler 4-Dr hardtop in a dark Brown/Black trim. My Saleman Jon Glodo worked with me to make sure that the transaction went smoothly. Everyone was very nice, even when I decided to trade again for a brighter/happier color in Rock Lobster!! John was very accommodating to this unexpected situation and also made sure that my 2nd trade went smoothly. I initially heard about Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Anchorage from a co-worker of mine who bought a fabulous brand new Dodge Ram and had an excellent experience. She said she and her husband were buddies with on from a co-worker of mine who bought a fabulous brand new Dodge Ram and had an excellent experience. She said she and her husband were buddies with one of the managers and had a great experience buying her car. She originally purchased a Challenger, and when winter came around, she noticed a lot of things that weren't exactly convenient for Alaskans. She took it right back NO PROBLEMS and got herself a big new truck. She told me how happy she was and how she wouldn't change a thing! When I was looking for a car, I wanted a Charger at first, so that is what led me to Gordon's craigslist ad for a pretty 2007 Charger. We called and he answered right away, and even though he sold it already, he invited us to look at another car with similar features and pricing. After a lot of back and forth with price and waiting upon approval for financing, Gordon found a solution for me that matched my more realistic needs towards finding a realiable nice car. :) So that is how we stumbled upon the 2009 Impala. We already took it on a road trip, and I drive it everyday to work, and I am so happy that we found it. On Friday, 7/5/2013 we came into Anchorage Chrysler Dodge to get our oil changed on our Ram 1500. My husband and I were in the show room looking at the new Charger. Howard came up and started talking to us to get our oil changed on our Ram 1500. My husband and I were in the show room looking at the new Charger. Howard came up and started talking to us and asked if we were interested in a new Charger. I said the Charger is beautiful and the rear taillights. He asked if we wanted to run numbers and we said yes. He said what color I said blue. He went to the computer and started looking for one in the color I wanted. He found one and brought it forward to the side of the building. I went out sat in the car and loved every bit of it. It resembled my current Charger with the sunroof but it had more! He asked if we wanted to run numbers and we said yes. All in all we traded my 2009 Charger for a 2013 Charger! Howard has excellent Customer Service, he kept us informed of what was going on in the process, he kept us amused with conversation, and we closed the deal with a handshake as all of our cars have been done in the past since 1980 with Anchorage Chrysler Dodge! We keep coming back because of the service we have been provided and we tell all of our family members of the great service we are provided! They all come back with the same feelings and all have come back to Anchorage Chrysler Dodge to trade their vehicles or to buy a new or used vehicle! Howard did an excellent job, was outstanding in his job, knew all about the paperwork, kept us informed of the process! He is excellent and outstanding in how he presents himself and the company he works for! He also showed this same excellent and outstanding customer service to all of his co-workers and that is outstanding in my eyes!!! We have always been treated as a human and not as a number and always will be! Note: Need to let you know how we came to know Anchorage Chrysler Dodge back in 1980 when we came in looking for a car or truck. We had gone to the Lincoln dealership down the road and looked at cars there. Then we drove to Alaska Sales and Service and we walked in their car lot with no one coming to talk with us. We then moved into the showroom with our two small children. We walked around in the showroom for about 30 to 45 minutes with no one coming to talk with us. The salesmen just ignored us and our children who were making quite a bit of noise. My husband said lets go! So I gathered the children and we walked out the door. My husband turned around before leaving the Alaska Sales and Service showroom and hollered I guess if you aren't going to help us then I will go across the street! Big mistake! They came running out of the door and he said no you did not come to us while we were on your car lot or in your showroom we will take our business across the street. We pulled into Anchorage Chrysler Dodge and we were walking on the car lot for about 5 minutes when Gino came out, and sold us a small D50 Dodge truck! He won our hearts and vehicles to Anchorage Chrysler Dodge which has been for over 20 years to us and our family! Then we met Howard Chivers! Thanks Anchorage Chrysler Dodge!!!! More

My wife and I were both looking for vehicles. We had lots of questions as we were undecided on which types of vehicles to buy.
