Logan is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with while purchasing a vehicle.! I was in the market for a new jeep and since this was my 9th or 10th vehicle I can be a bit of a pain.. Logan did not g while purchasing a vehicle.! I was in the market for a new jeep and since this was my 9th or 10th vehicle I can be a bit of a pain.. Logan did not get frustrated with showing 10's of different jeeps over a span of about a month or longer.. He was very professional and informative and never pushy... He understood what it meant to take your time and find the perfect vehicle.! For this reason I referred my girlfriend who in turn purchased a car from him.! He sets the bar at the highest point for which all salesmen should immulate! More

Great customer service, all around. Both Travis Richardson and Dennis Trent assisted me in purchasing my Dodge pickup. One awesome point to mention is that Travis is the only sales person who has Richardson and Dennis Trent assisted me in purchasing my Dodge pickup. One awesome point to mention is that Travis is the only sales person who has ever gone over the high points in the owner's manual. He wanted to make sure I understood all aspects of the vehicle. I can say that this type of customer service is above all, top notch!!! I cannot express how much effort, time, and patience Travis and Dennis have with me!!! To both of them, it was cut/dried/purchased. Based on my experience with Anchorage Dodge, I will recommend anyone who asks about my Dodge pickup, to give them a call, and they too will be blown away with the excellent communication, phone etiquette, and follow-up I have been lucky enough to have with ACD. Cliff did a great job trying to find us the vehicle we wanted. He made the effort to search inventory and when we couldnt find exactly what we wanted, he did his best to get us the best deal we could make wanted.
