As soon as I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by Carl, who was most professional! I described what I was looking for and wanted and he made it fit and work. Went on a test drive after sitting in a few vehicles and I really got a good, solid test drive and got a feel for the vehicle. Carl brought us back inside and made his coffee for my lady and I. Filled out all the paperwork and the process was so smooth! Fastest, most friendly process I had been through after sitting in a few dealerships all day. Mr. Wood came over and just was so relaxing and upbeat. Prepared all the forms for us and let us review them and sign. Best car buying experience ever. I had fun! More

After weeks of research, I picked out the car I wanted and found that Anchorage Chrysler Dodge had one in stock. I submitted a bid online and was pleased to get a call back from Travis just about an hour and found that Anchorage Chrysler Dodge had one in stock. I submitted a bid online and was pleased to get a call back from Travis just about an hour or two later. He was friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with. I asked a few questions that he didn't know the answers. He investigated and promptly called me back a few minutes later with the answers to my questions. We were able to visit the dealership later that afternoon to test drive the car. Stu Trammell assisted us and was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were able to agree on a price that was fair and came home with the car that day. The overall experience was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anchorage Chrysler Dodge. They seemed genuinely concerned about customer service and getting me the car I wanted for a fair price. Stu did a great job showing me the features of my new car and making sure I was comfortable with it. More
