I really enjoyed working with Steve Callison and Scott Allen thoughtout the process of purchasing my new Jeep Patriot. They did so much to make the experience pleasent and to make sure I was completly sat Allen thoughtout the process of purchasing my new Jeep Patriot. They both did so much more then other salesman I have delt with in the past at other dealerships and it was awesome!!! When it comes time to make another vehicle purchase I plan on returning to that dealership and having Steve as my salesman. I have already refered several people I know to go there if they are looking for someone who is a pleasure to do business with. However, Dave Snow almost ruined the deal with his aggressive sales pitch for additional warranties & GAP insurance, his inablity to listen when I told him no the first 3 times (he finally caught on the 4th time) and his condesending tone and overall attitude. Dave snow in finance made signing the paperwork the longest 20 mintues I have had to endure in quite sometime. I felt like he was trying to make me feel stupid for not agreeing to buy an additional warranty on my new Jeep or because I wouldnt agree to pay for the over priced GAP insurance when I KNOW how much it cost at my bank. I did NOT appreicate that in any way. That man SHOULD BE FIRED!! When I purchase another vehicle one of the conditions WILL HAVE TO BE that I NEVER deal with him. If that means I have to wait 3 days to close the deal so I can have another person work in finance, then so be it. His customer service skills are horrible. I will be telling any people I referr to go see Steve and Scott but DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH DAVE SNOW unless they want to be talked to like they are idiots!!!! Aside from Dave, the experience was wonderful! More
