This dealership is awesome. We had called a few other dealers looking for some help selling a 2021 Subaru. We kept getting pushed to voice mail and no one seemed to want to work We had called a few other dealers looking for some help selling a 2021 Subaru. We kept getting pushed to voice mail and no one seemed to want to work with us. As frustration mounted, I suggested we call Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep, as they have a good reputation. We were greeted on the phone by a real person and transferred to Jacky. Jacky immediately assured us that not only could they help, but they wanted our business. He answered a few of our questions and invited us to come by. The whole process was painless. Jacky took care of all the details and processed the sale with his sales manager, Jason. When they finished their appraisal, Jason came out and talked with us personally. I was expecting a back and forth with an unseen sales manager as the salesperson acted the middle person. Very pleasantly surprised at the personal approach this dealership showed. They also offered a very fair deal. Very, very happy with the whole process and it all started with Jacky. More
