He definitely and whole heartedly completely understood our needs and adjust to it. By the time we got to our vehicle, we were super shocked. The vehicle is brand new. There were no discrepancies. It was in perfect condition. The process of picking it up was so smooth and Tyler made sure he showed us what we needed to know about the features of this new car. Tyler also called us back a week after we had the car to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns about our new vehicle.
