I just had an EXCELLENT experience with Ancira Kia's Service department! I dropped my Kia Soul (which I bought from them in 2015) off for a scheduled service and before I could even sneak back to get a Service department! I dropped my Kia Soul (which I bought from them in 2015) off for a scheduled service and before I could even sneak back to get a cup of coffee, Mike had arranged a ride back home for me and I was heading back home. Drop off took less than 10 minutes, with someone greeting me out front as soon as I drove up. When service was done, they called and within 10 minutes someone was picking me up to go back to get my car. The car service/repair was of course great BUT Ancira's Customer Service is what sets them apart. Professional, Nice, and Efficient! Fantastic Experience! More
