The uniform patches an framed paper certificate’s are worthless, if proof isn’t in the pudding. . Previous dealership where I purchased my vehicle is 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 1000 % unsatisfactory, based on 💯% poor maintenance, chasing a problem for 15 Months they couldn’t diagnose or correct. Ancira techs identified, corrected within 3 days. This delay was the requirement to Order needed part that wasn’t in stock. Identified a problem that had not been identified. Defective steering column. Don’t know if this problem was specific only to my vehicle. My Bottom Line, 1st impressions count, don’t do business to win friends an influence people, that’s a plus BUT I WANT GOOD, DEPENDABLE, SAFE, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. Ancira has done that compared to previous dealership with supposedly all the required certifications, unfortunately demonstrated performance was not only poor but place me, family, friends in danger because of a critical defect with the steering column, after 15 months of their computers not able to detect ANY problems. When I changed dealerships to Ancira their techs identified in (1) day, less than (14) hours. For me Ancira gets (10) + stars Ottis L. Rogers More
