I have always received great service from Ancira.. unfortunately the problem I experienced was not able to be taken care of at this time due to my car not exhibiting the problem I had during the check unfortunately the problem I experienced was not able to be taken care of at this time due to my car not exhibiting the problem I had during the check up. Very happy with using a loaner vehicle while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. It would take a day or two to get the parts. I would also like to say that Tucker Slade Dixon service advisor did a great my vehicle to be serviced. It would take a day or two to get the parts. I always go to this dealership because I don’t feel uncomfortable there they are friendly and courteous and keep you up-to-date with what’s going on with your vehicle.
