Ian rocks in customer service. He did exactly what he said he would do. It’s been a while since the service department has impressed me this much. I took the van for a recall issue and oil change in Marc said he would do. It’s been a while since the service department has impressed me this much. I took the van for a recall issue and oil change in March 2021. They put the wrong oil in and sent me away saying the part was on back order. Kept calling for months. Almost gave up. Then Ian answered the last time I called in September of 2021. That last worker that was helping me was let go. Ian got assigned to help me and scheduled the van to reevaluate everything. Right away they started working and the door was fixed and the right oil got out in. He made everything better instantly. Wife picked up the van and he took his time explaining everything to her. More
