I just got my vehicle & right away notice a noise in the back of my tire when I go over a bump. Took it in & found out it was the left rear shock & expect me to pay almost $400 when I haven’t had this vehic back of my tire when I go over a bump. Don't think I will be back to the service department here. The people are very nice. My issue was that I had a 10am appt for a battery change. I received that battery here and they had no info in the c here. The people are very nice. My issue was that I had a 10am appt for a battery change. I received that battery here and they had no info in the computer on that service. They were able to get me a prorated price on a battery I received 4ys ago at another nissian dealer. Anyway appt. at 10am, it is 1:30pm and I am still here. Very disappointing. Like I said people are nice but service is horrible. More
