Sé que trato al cliente implica "romper el hielo", crear un ambiente de confianza, pero también se trata de dar a conocer las vebtajas y desventajas de conprar un auto usado, con la cantidad de millas, dueños, motor, etc... Todo es fueron preguntas mías pero él le respondía a mi hija, porque le hablaba en inglés. Nunca supo quién era el cliente real y a quién debía esforzarse por atender. La verdad, para mí fué una experiencia desagradable, si compré el auto fué porque lo necesitaba y porque se me hizo bien las condiciones del mismo, espero siga en ese sentido y no tenga que arrepentirme del concesionario. En particular la persona con la que hicimos los asuntos financieros muy profesional, respondía lo que se le preguntaba con claridad y precisión, amable, y eficiente. Si en realidad quieren mejorar la atención al cliente presten atención a estos y otros detalles pero no quiero extenderme más.
