I had to get my battery replaced which was still under warranty. They took my car in immediately and fixed it quickly. They also completed a full inspection of my vehicle and topped off all the fluids in warranty. They took my car in immediately and fixed it quickly. I always expect some pushiness letting me know additional things I should get done but they did not do anything like that. They simply gave me suggestions on things to have looked at in the near future and left it at that. More

Cameron Robert was so wonderful to work with! He knew what we were looking for & showed us a few other options that we considered. In the end, we decided to go with a 2018 Toyota RAV4 because the price w what we were looking for & showed us a few other options that we considered. The oil change service was good, as expected. The 3 hr delay for an oil change was not expected on my end, especially since I had an appointment time. I’m not sure what I can do on my end to improve wait delay for an oil change was not expected on my end, especially since I had an appointment time. I’m not sure what I can do on my end to improve wait time, but I’m open to suggestions. I might of had a better experience if I had been updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to approach the customer service team 3 times for an update. I was told by the young lady who did my vehicle intake that my expected wait time was an hour. I saw Individuals arrive over an hour after I did and left before I did. This is where the customer service would have eased the frustration. I did notice the other customer service techs constantly updating their customers, however the young lady that helped me, really wasn’t engaged. She wasn’t rude at all, very pleasant, but was dismissive when asked for a status on my vehicle, letting me know it’s being work but no explanation as to what the delay was or apologetic for the inconvenience. She was not engaged with customer service as the other customer service techs. I left frustrated that my time wasn’t valued and dismissed. I look forward to continued service and your feed back on how I can assist in making the wait time and overall experience better. More
