Used Jeep Purchase I bought my latest used vehicle from Anderson... a 2004 Grand Cherokee. Within days realized that there was something wrong with the front end (they c I bought my latest used vehicle from Anderson... a 2004 Grand Cherokee. Within days realized that there was something wrong with the front end (they call it the "death wobble"). After bringing it in to check the problem the steering stabilizer was replaced and all I was charged was $65 for all 4 wheels to be balanced. Johnny allowed us to communicate via text as much as possible, which was super convenient for us. He recorded a video of the exact car we were looking at and uploaded a link and text it to us so we could view the car until we were able to go to the dealership In person. Johnny is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel very at ease and taken care of from start to finish. We could tell he really had our family’s best interest in mind! I would recommend Johnny to everyone! For the finance portion we worked with Blake Fanning, and he was great to work with! He made the process painless and quick! Buy a Jeep to tow behind my RV I began researching vehicles that would be best for towing behind my motorhome over a year ago and quickly settled on the new Wrangler JL. A lot of qu I began researching vehicles that would be best for towing behind my motorhome over a year ago and quickly settled on the new Wrangler JL. A lot of questions remained as I got to know my Jeep salesman, Johnny Garner, at Anderson Jeep in Rockford, IL. Johnny worked hard to answer all these questions and put me in the vehicle I needed. For example, I had a hard time nailing down the exact curb weight of the model I wanted, one of the most important details of a tow vehicle. To solve this question, Johnny took a Wrangler to a Certified scale and weighed it for me. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicles he was selling and worked hard to build the right Jeep for my needs. I have never had a car guy work so hard to build the right vehicle for me and couldn’t be happier with my Wrangler JL. Thanks Johnny.
