Too many dealerships expect you to take a quick trip around the block, accept whatever financing they throw at you and walk out the door in a vehicle that is expensive. That was not the case here Sue was great from the initial vehicle test drive to a follow up drive to ensure it was going to meet my needs before the purchase. No high pressure sales, excellent follow-up and just a great job overall. Then post sale who could ask for more than someone willing to take calls, texts and other forms of communication to answer questions! One of the best buying experiences I've had. More

I purposely visited the Anderson Dodge sight prior to our visit and found the only woman on the site to be Sue Mounts, and asked for her when we got there. Reason being, I've had some pretty incompetent male salesman over the years with a sense of entitlement, and usually if a woman makes it in car sales it's because she knows her business. That being said, I found Anderson to be friendly and hospitable. Sue was able to answer any question I asked of her and was able to walk us through some of the screen setups post purchase. The only reason I did not give Anderson five stars is strictly number factoring. In typical dealer fashion they work the numbers "creatively". Our payment was finally lowered to where we needed to be; when we questioned how, we were told that Anderson was able to give us a little more on our trade in, along with"working the numbers" a bit, which was not vocalized to us, but mostly consisted of adding months from 60 to 75, that I had to physically read on my own. By that point we were "close enough" and were OK with it. Dealerships need to make a profit. I only have a problem when it's excessive. Concessions must be made on both sides, and I feel Anderson did their part even with my crappy negotiating skills. Chris More

Excellent and Caring Sales Staff Tom Perrin found us our perfect car, he was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us in our new Chrysler 300s he worked during his days off to answ Tom Perrin found us our perfect car, he was awesome. He went above and beyond to get us in our new Chrysler 300s he worked during his days off to answer all of our questions while we were deciding on which vehicle to go with. Tom's knowledge on all of the Chrysler and Jeep products sold at the dealership was amazing, I don't think there is a vehicle on the dealership's lot that he doesn't know about. He did a wonderful job doing the walk through of the vehicle when we came in to finalize the sale, he took his time and really made sure we understood all the technology the vehicle has to offer. I believe he also had a lot to do with the prep and detailing of the vehicle to make sure the vehicle was perfect for us on the day we came in to drive it off the lot. He truly had our best interest in mind. Tom has to be the nicest, polite, easy going, knowledgeable sales person we've had the pleasure to work with. He truly treated us like family. Keith Mccoy did a fabulous job as well. He made us feel very comfortable with the purchase of our new Chrysler 300s. The closing part of the sale went like a breeze and he was very enjoyable to work with. Sometimes signing all the paperwork is extremely stressful but Keith really made us feel at ease. Both Tom and Keith are absolutely awesome at what they do and I look forward to buying our next new car from both of them in the future. I will and already have recommended both of them to our friends, family, co-workers and my clients at my work place. I felt like she had our best interest at heart. When we were ready to buy she was available at a moments notice. We have never felt less pressured at a car dealership ever. All of the paperwork was taken care of during the day while we worked. At the end of the day we were driving home in a brand new vehicle in just two easy hours (and that included another test drive). Exceptional Service! I came in with a chip on my shoulder due to previous car buying experiences. Not to mention with not so great credit.
