Mostly because I was looking for a payment and the model I wanted could not fit that mold without money down. I was determined to put no money down and on the following Monday the suggested a new 2014 Civic Ex on a lease. I drove it, selected the color I liked and drove it away sometime later. Always a great experience working with the sales people at Anderson Honda. This is the 4th car I have purchased from them. I will go to them 1st the next time I am looking for a car. I have used a lot of other dealers, but Anderson has been the best. In fact, they were the first dealership (Howard Street) that I bought a car at when I moved to Baltimore. More

I did plenty of on line research and was ready to purchase a car. They were eager to earn my business and gave me aggressive pricing for a new Honda 2014 Accord. I contacted 4 dealers and all were very close on an initial price. Anderson gave me my best value for my trade and made it easy for me to agree to a purchase. I worked with Lee Bonin their Sales Manager, who was professional, informative, up front and interested in my trade. I asked for some accessories to be added to the car and Lee worked with me on pricing. They did everything they said they would do without any issues. When I picked the car up, Mike Fiore completed the purchase and just as Lee, was professional, courteous and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction before leaving. He followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with everything. I would gladly do business with Anderson Honda again. They gave me what I wanted: a great deal, no BS, clear explanations of everything I asked and no problems. Kudos to Lee and Mike, they made it easy to say "Yes." If I could give them a a 6 I would. Anderson Honda was the end of a very long week of car shopping. I had gone through what seemed like every anecdotal horror story about buying a used car. However, when I walked through the front doors at Anderson Honda I was greeted by Monica Hughes, an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person. And, instead of immediately going into a sales pitch, she walked me over to the coffee machine to warm up after she realized I had been outside in the freezing cold. Price negotiation went just as smoothly. I never felt pressured or like I was being ripped off. She walked me through the small pile of paperwork considerately and was kind enough to laugh at my bad jokes. After I had agreed to buy the car I dreaded the long wait while financials were processed, tags and title were registered, and the car was cleaned. My dread, however, was unfounded. Ms. Hughes was kind enough to sit with me and chat when she could. This was impressive considering she was busy helping other customers and checking on my car's processing as it was prepared for delivery. Since purchasing the car, Ms. Hughes has been kind enough to call and ensure that the car was running well, whether I had any questions, and to let me know when I could pick up my spare key. What Anderson Honda and Ms. Hughes understand is that in today's world of easy online research and bargain hunting, it really is the little things that matter. It's knowing that a friendly smile and cup of coffee on a cold day go a lot farther than heavy-handed sales tactics. Shopping at Anderson Honda has been, by far, my best car buying experience. More

Within a week we got the right car at the right price (a $2,000 better deal than the other dealer was giving us) a good rate of finance and not too much pushy to buy all the "extras" A very pleasant experience which was all because Monica and the rest of the Anderson team actually listened to what we wanted. When we later wanted to cancel a GAP insurance he took care of that promptly. Their hospitality did not end when we paid and left the office. When we came back in two weeks to fix some minor problems, they were taken care of promptly and free of charge. The car was delivered in good shape, so my wife and kids are enjoying their new ride. This was a very satisfying experience. We also serviced our Honda there a few times and they were very accomodating. I would definetely recommend this dealership for its great customer service in sales or service. More
