I worked with a salesperson by the name of Jason Barton. He was awesome! I was terrified to go into a dealership. When I walked in he greated me at the door. He actually held both doors for me! I told him that I was not going to buy anything today but wanted info on the CRV and Accord. He started by letting me know the safety features of both (safety is my sweet spot). While he was talking to me I told him about my budget and he alked me over to some 2012 that were still available. I couldn't believe the savings and just decided to take it for a ride anyways. I fell in love with the Accord. It was a special edition and had everything I needed and things I only dreamed of having in a car. I didn't even want to drive the CRV, I was hooked. What I loved most about Jason is that he never once tried to make me buy something I didn't want and more importantly something I couldn't afford. When we got back to the dealership he made me a coffee and we started talking bout everyday stuff. Jason made me feel so comfortable. Then came the scary part. He went back to talk to his manager Jerry. All I could think was here we go. I was hoping that everything would work out. Jerry came out to say hi and let me know that if that is the car for me than that is the car I would be leaving. He told Jason to go get it cleaned up and started talking to me. Jerry is probably the funniest man alive. I had a great time there. Has to be the best experience ever when it came to buying anything. Finance was great too. I stopped by for my first oil change which I didn't pay for and with the money saved bought lunch which was great too. Jason told me Anderson had the #1 service, he wasn't kidding!!!! My car was done before my lunch!...lol I think Anderson in general is #1! Thanks guys and I will send everybody I can to you! Jason take care of those beautiful little girls!!! More

I went into this dealership wanting to buy a new Honda Accord 2013. I knew what model I wanted and I had all of my information ready to go. Mind you this was my first car that I had ever purchased before Accord 2013. I knew what model I wanted and I had all of my information ready to go. Mind you this was my first car that I had ever purchased before so I brought my dad with me. At first I met Renny and he seemed to be a nice straightforward kind of guy, but I was wrong. First he sits us down and goes over information about what car I wanted and all of the stuff that was necessary for them to get. Then I went for a test drive with Jerry and he appeared to be a nice guy as well. Then, when we came back I told them that I wanted to get the breakdown for how much I would be paying each month and my interest rate. They then decided to act dumb and say we don't know what your talking about. So my dad and I decided that we wanted to leave and they were set on trying to get me to buy that car that exact night and I told them that I needed that information and that I would not be buying anything that night. Renny and Jerry were not happy with that response and both of them kept trying to force me to buy the car without know any information about the price of the car, monthly payments, etc. They even got to the point were they said all I had to give them was $100 and I could take the car that night and bring it back the next day. So I got to the point were I told them I'm leaving, call me when you get the breakdown of all of the information. We left and no more than a half an hour later Renny calls me and leaves me a message saying that we need to come back and work a deal. Bottom line to this story is that they were no help and both Jerry and Renny were con artist not willing to give me the bottom line...we call that in America SHADY dealing. I don't appreciate people like them so I decided to take my business to Hyundai in Owings Mills, MD and I bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata 2013....BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!! More

Mr Kleim took the time to help me find exactly the type of vehicle I was made buying my new Honda CRV at Anderson Honda a very enjoyable experience. Mr Kleim took the time to help me find exactly the type of vehicle I was looking for and explain to me the operation of all the vehicle's control buttons. Mr Dossa, the parts manager, showed how the dealership operates in supplying the spare parts for vehicle repairs and the the area of the repair bays. This was all very interesting. More
I worked with Jason Barton over a period of about a week. Jason arranged for me to take three test drives during that time, explaining advantages and disadvantages based on what I was looking for. Talked to Paul and Jason several times and wasn't pressured to buy at that time. I made a final decision after driving a 2013 Accord. I needed to bring the car in to have options added since car came from another dealer. Scott was prompt to wait on me when I came in and arranged for the shuttle to take me to work and bring me back. I had given up on Honda after terrible customer service at Heritage Honda Towson. My Daughter bought a Honda Fit at Anderson. She got a great deal and appreciated the service and talked me into taking my at Heritage Honda Towson. My Daughter bought a Honda Fit at Anderson. She got a great deal and appreciated the service and talked me into taking my Odyssey in for a repair that could not be done at my usual shop. They fixed it without a problem. When it became time to have the timing belt and water pump changed I called to make an appointment and mentioned a $100.00 off coupon I had seen on the web page. The representative I spoke with informed me that they were running an even better sale and quoted me a price that was far better than any I had been given by anyone else. I made the appointment and they asked that I come in earlier so that they could finish the job that day. I was meet at the door by two service guys who took my van did the paper work and had me out the door in under five minutes. They told me they would need about 5 hours to finish the work. About 4 1/2 hours later they called to tell me it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up it was ready, washed and for the price they had quoted. I was so pleased by their service that not only am I re-thinking Honda but also about having all my service done by Anderson. This was such an improvement over the experience I had at Heritage. More
