My fiance and I were looking to get a new car and seen a commercial on tv for Anderson Kia. We decided to look online at some of our options. We were looking at used that had better gas mileage then what w commercial on tv for Anderson Kia. We decided to look online at some of our options. We found a 2010 Kia Forte that was in our price range and ford focus as well so we decided to go and visit the dealership. When we drove up and park there was a gentlemen headed to our car to greet us . This salesman's name was Mike Herr. My fiance and I were both on the fence do to bad experiences we have had with other salesman at other dealerships in the past. Well this man made our day in so many ways. He was very kind, he listened to us. He was very professional , polite, friendly and down to earth. We went looking for used because that is all we thought we could get. He got us in a brand new 2013 kia forte with a lower interest rate and all the warranties that come with it. This man is a fantastic salesman and Dean and I (Stephanie) would recommend this salesman to anyone we know that would be looking for a new or used car. My wife Katy and I were shopping around for a nice dependable vehicle. She was driving a vehicle that was getting a large number of miles on it. She really wanted something dependable to travel to C dependable vehicle. She was driving a vehicle that was getting a large number of miles on it. She really wanted something dependable to travel to Columbia and back to visit her family. We started this journey on the internet to see what our options were. Mike Herr responded within 30 mins of our inquiry on the Kia website. He was courteous and very low pressure. This quality is extremely uncommon among car dealers. Our plans were to go to several other dealers before Kia to see what they had to offer. After his phone call we headed directly to Kia. The vehicle that we had been looking for was on there show room floor with very low miles and after a little research was thousands below other vehicles of this kind in the area. We decided to shop around and make an educated decision after test driving what other auto makers had to offer in the area. After a test drive of a Sentra, Focus and a Versa they all seemed to be of lower quality and way more expensive. We immediately returned to Kia and this is when the magic happened. We sat down with Mike. After we explained to him that we had not brought our trade in I expected that we would have to go home and retrieve it so they could look at it. This was the farthest from the case. He brought out the form to fill out of what we wanted to make this happen. When we sat down with him I was impressed the desk that we sat at was in the open and was not the little room that I was use to at most dealerships (very low pressure!) We filled out the form, what we wanted out payments at what we wanted for our trade in etc. Less that 10 mins later he came back with the approval for exactly what I wanted for my trade without even seeing the car!, the terms of the loan are what impressed me. The payment that he came back with was $100 lower than what we requested. After a short talk with my wife we decided to go ahead with the deal. The car was immediately pulled out and cleaned and taken to their parent company. We were informed to go ahead and head over to the other dealer to finalize the financial paperwork. When we arrived at the financial office it only took about 10 mins to get us in and start processing the deal. The financial officer explained everything in detail and was very concise and knowledgeable on this deal. To our surprise due to the low miles on the vehicle we where able to opt for the 7 year 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. We immediately jumped on the opportunity for the piece of mind for the next 7 years. After this was added to the payment it was still below what our original request for payment price! When the deal was all said and done it took approximately four and a half hours until my wife had the keys and a huge smile on her face! Thank you Mike for making this an enjoyable experience for us. We will be return customers! This dealership has done a wonderful job taking the pressure and fear out of car buying and that only has made me a lifetime customer!!!!!!!!! More
