At this juncture, I had almost given up on the Lexus brand due to frustration and fatigue. Just as I was about to purchase another brand, I noticed this dealer had the exact vehicle I wanted. I called Anderson Lexus, thinking they would recommend a tow truck company to bring my car into their dealership. Within 30 minutes a friendly, helpful man arrived at the motel and put the spare tire on the car for me so I could drive to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to quickly get a new tire installed on my car. I was treated as a member of the "Lexus Family" which was comforting being 300 miles from home. I cannot thank everyone enough for assisting me. More

Josh was great!! Bought a Pontiac G6 for my daughter from Josh Maturano. He was the only salesman I wanted to deal with. Even though the car was at a sale price that we could not negotiate a lower price, we ended up getting a quality car for a fair price. It "Blue Booked" $3,000 over what we paid. My daughter loves the car, the salesman (Josh) was unbelievably smooth and professional even though he is very young. He was very honest and did above and beyond what we expected.
