A very stress free buying experience. I was very happy to be able to work one on one with sales staff and get exactly the vehicle that I wanted and with the equipment that I desired. Could not decide (since be able to work one on one with sales staff and get exactly the vehicle that I wanted and with the equipment that I desired. Could not decide (since we were ordering) the exact interior color between two options. They brought two vehicles from inventory to show us how each one looked; side by side so we could compare. Cannot say how much that helped in that decision process.We received our Ford Explorer today (10-22-13) and cannot be happier with the end product, not to mention the price of the vehicle, which was excellent, and at no hassle.
