I live in the greater Milwaukee area and I've had my truck serviced at almost all of the major Toyota dealerships around town. My truck is a really well-preserved '04 Tacoma and I've spent a lot of time and money keeping it in good shape. It might just be my favorite vehicle I've ever owned and I'm quite fond and protective of it. Out of all the dealers, I really only trust Umansky Toyota to work on my truck. I've written reviews here before but I wanted to update this one to reflect the incredible service that I received from Coley (service writer) and Alex (service technician) at Umansky Toyota. Coley did a fantastic job quoting out and handling the logistics of rear wheel bearing replacement, tire install, and custom alignment for my truck. She texted me updates every day and kept me in the loop about what was going on during the repair. Her pricing was very reasonable and she did what was reasonable and within her control on her end to get the cost of the job across the finish line for me. Alex did a fantastic job on the repairs. I noticed little touches - he sandblasted and painted my bearing housings, and he noticed that my truck is undercoated/rustproofed and applied the same undercoating to my new backing plates as well. It's the little things like this that have kept me coming back to Umansky over the years. I'd give ten stars if I could, but only five are possible. Thanks again, Coley, and I'll see you and the team over the winter when it's time to replace our aging Prius. More
