We purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 and dealt with Sean Haramija, who turned out very knowledgeable on the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Cadillac. We drove the car home only to find oil underneath it the next morning. Panic and disappointment set in. We called Sean. It was his day off and he turned us on to Scott Alton, used car sales manager. Initially, Scott said to drive the car back to the dealer (about 50 miles), but minutes later, he called back and let me know that it would be better to get the car towed back to the dealer. It turned out to be a defective gasket by the oil plug, something small, but it could have turned into something much worse by driving it back. We have nothing but good things to say about both Sean and Scott. Their professionalism shined through. We are so thankful Scott preferred to play it safe rather than to take a chance, and it is greatly appreciated! Thank you Sean and Scott for all your help. We love the car! More

We felt very taken advantage of regarding the pricing. First of all, the problem was with a brand new ac compressor that we paid well over $1000 for just a few months back which was still under warranty. First of all, the problem was with a brand new ac compressor that we paid well over $1000 for just a few months back which was still under warranty. The tech, conveniently, was unable to find an issue with the warranted compressor but felt the need to charge us $368 for diagnostics and a “recharge”. Additionally, the service tech wanted to charge us $169 to change the cabin filter which should have cost about $30 along with several other unnecessary and overpriced services. Hard pass on that. I guess I should expect dealer service center to be overpriced and to also create problems that need to be fixed. However, not finding a problem with an air conditioner that is not working properly while still under warranty and subsequently charging $368 for an, apparently, unnecessary “recharge” pings my ripoff detector. We won’t be back and will be glad to let everyone know about our experience. More
