Was trying to buy a car, she was honestly the most helpful through my process seeing as the actual sales guy didn’t want to work with me, she called me and made it right! All in all, I was able to buy helpful through my process seeing as the actual sales guy didn’t want to work with me, she called me and made it right! All in all, I was able to buy from someone who saw me as worth their time and I walked away happy. All thanks to her. She truly valued me as a customer and went above and beyond in her area of work. 10/10 More
Didn’t even seem to want to work a deal with me, all he did was text me “You need money down or a cosginer” No introduction. No explanation. Even when I asked “why” made me feel like I wasn’t worth his t did was text me “You need money down or a cosginer” No introduction. No explanation. Even when I asked “why” made me feel like I wasn’t worth his time. Thankfully Aracilly helped me out even though I find out she isn’t even IN sales and yet she did more than A SALES PERSON. Anyway, I ended up working with a nice lady Janae and then bought from Eric. Overall I felt like I was brushed off and everyone else had to clean up his mess. I wouldn’t want to work with someone like him again. Also Spoiler alert: I GOT APPROVED STEVE but not because of you! More
LThis is a follow-up to a previous review, detailing a very disappointing and costly experience we had with Andy Mohr. We purchased a $27,000 used vehicle from their lot, having been assured that it passe very disappointing and costly experience we had with Andy Mohr. We purchased a $27,000 used vehicle from their lot, having been assured that it passed a full inspection and had no known issues. During the test drive, we were unable to take the vehicle on the highway due to traffic on I-465, and the salesman directed us to roads with a 45 mph speed limit. Unfortunately, we trusted that the dealership's inspection was honest and thorough. At the time of purchase, we were aware that one tire had low pressure, which we assumed was a minor issue with an easy fix. However, just 15 minutes after leaving the lot, an ABS system error code appeared. We thought it might be related to the tire, so we replaced all four tires. Despite that, the car still drove poorly and struggled to accelerate appropriately. We took the vehicle to a certified BMW mechanic, who diagnosed a failing transfer case—a $6,000 repair. According to the mechanic, this is an issue that does not occur overnight and should have been caught during any proper pre-sale inspection. The error code that appeared immediately after purchase supports this. The mechanic strongly urged us to contact the dealership. We were also advised by a BMW representative to do the same. Over the course of four frustrating weeks, we made numerous phone calls and left multiple voicemails trying to get in touch with someone at the dealership. After repeated follow-ups, multiple back and forth, lies about them contacting the mechanic to clarify issues with the car, we finally heard back from Jason, the store manager, who informed us that Andy Mohr would not take any responsibility for the $6,000 issue. When we asked if he truly believed this issue developed overnight as Andy Mohr not taking responsibility was them stating the issue developed after purchase, he said it was "possible"—directly contradicting what our certified BMW mechanic told us. In addition to speaking with the local manager, we were also given the contact information for the regional manager. We have left a voicemail and, unfortunately, have not received any response. Even more disappointing, both our BMW mechanic and a BMW corporate representative have now advised us to seek legal counsel, as this vehicle was falsely represented as having passed inspection and being in good working condition. Please learn from our mistake: DO NOT trust Andy Mohr when purchasing a vehicle. They do not stand behind their inspections, they do not prioritize customer service, and they have shown no regard for doing what is morally or professionally right. What should have been a simple car purchase turned into an exhausting, expensive, and avoidable ordeal. More
DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Long post, but worth the read. My husband and I were looking to upgrade his vehicle before the arrival of our second child. We found a low-mile Long post, but worth the read. My husband and I were looking to upgrade his vehicle before the arrival of our second child. We found a low-mileage, updated version of his current car at Andy Mohr CDJR and scheduled a test drive. When we arrived, one of the tires was nearly flat. Our salesperson, Steve, put air in it so we could take it for a drive. He also insisted on joining us, which made the experience uncomfortable—we couldn't have a private conversation or test the car freely. This was the only dealership where a salesperson accompanied us on a test drive. Due to the flat tire and heavy traffic on I-465, we couldn’t drive the car at highway speeds. Still, we were reassured that the vehicle had passed inspection and the only issue was the tire, so we moved forward with the purchase based on its low mileage and overall condition. The buying process itself was slow. Steve repeatedly answered personal phone calls and struggled with forgotten passwords throughout the paperwork. On the way home, my husband noticed that the 2018 BMW 340i xDrive didn’t drive as smoothly as his previous 2015 BMW 328i xDrive. We assumed it needed new tires and an alignment, which we scheduled and completed that following weekend. While it did improve slightly, the car still had poor acceleration and wasn’t running smoothly at highway speeds. We contacted a certified BMW mechanic, and once they were able to inspect it a few weeks later, we learned the transfer case needed to be replaced—a $6,000 repair. The mechanic stated this was not an issue that could have developed suddenly and should have been caught during any proper pre-sale inspection. They strongly encouraged us to contact the dealership. I immediately called Steve, who said the general manager would follow up. That didn’t happen. I left multiple voicemails for the GM—twice daily for over a week. He finally returned my call at 8 p.m. one night. During our conversation, he acknowledged that an inspection should have been done but admitted he wasn’t "service-savvy" and needed to speak with the service manager. He promised a follow-up the next day. It’s now been over a week since that conversation. Despite daily calls and voicemails, I have received no response. Even the BMW mechanic was shocked that a reputable dealership has failed to take any accountability or provide a resolution. We are deeply disappointed. We purchased a $27,000 vehicle—our most expensive yet—only to face an immediate $6,000 repair due to what appears to be either negligence or dishonesty on the dealership’s part. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience. More
Jordan was amazing! I came in looking for a specific car, and he pulled it right up. He took us on a test drive and then worked his magic on the numbers. Jordan was incr I came in looking for a specific car, and he pulled it right up. He took us on a test drive and then worked his magic on the numbers. Jordan was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a no-pressure sales environment while asking thoughtful questions to make sure all my needs were met. I appreciated him bringing in Sam from finance to explain the details of my trade-in, and then wrapping everything up smoothly with Isaiah in finance. The whole team was supportive, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I would highly recommend them! Now maybe Jordan can get a better desk—one where the sun doesn't beat down on him all day. 😄 Thanks, Andy Mohr team! More
