The work was eventually completed as desired, but the process was not smooth. I had called months ago to schedule airbag recall but was told the parts were on backorder and that I would be contacted once process was not smooth. I was contacted by a Chrysler rep to ask why I had not fixed it, and they confirmed that the parts were not on backorder. When I scheduled my visit I asked for the lock cylinder to be changed and was told they would need it a couple more days. Two days later I checked on it and the mechanic did not know we wanted it fixed, so I had to leave another day. Communication was poor. Eventually, it was repaired. More
