Thank you for your response. Despite your dealership's failure last October to honor a much higher trade-in value, we went back to look at Toyotas late on a Saturday. Rick showed us a Venza we liked and we came to agreement late in the day. He tried to find us a second smart key, but it didn't work, and we naturally expected to get a second smart key since one isn't adequate. When we got home, I looked up the Venza on your web site to check what features it had, and was surprised to see it listed for $2,000 less. On Monday, the dealership insisted the web price was a "mistake." As of now, we still don't have a second smart key and have discovered that we can't move the loan to our credit union because the contract has a prepayment penalty despite our being told it could be paid off without penalty. And during my web check the same day, I found another Indy dealer offering the same Venza for $4,000 less and 13,000 fewer miles. Obviously I shouldn't have been so trusting or maybe naive.

We met with Erik Wilson, general manager of Andy Mohr Toyota, at his invitation. The dealership will provide us with a second key and will pay for two new tires when we're ready to replace them. We are pleased with Erik's offer and satisfied that our complaints have been resolved. Our meeting was pleasant and businesslike, and we commend Erik for his resolution of this issue.
