My husband has returned Erik's call...Erik is willing to completely take a look over our vehicle since a few more problems are beginning to arise at no cost to us. We really appreciate the effort Erik is making to make our situation better. In the very beginning we really felt like Andy Mohr Toyota was definitely a dealership we'd want to use from now on, so I really hope Erik can get us back to that feeling and he really seems to be making the effort and that he cares about his clients, that its not just about selling a vehicle. Once we get the car looked over and any issues fixed, I'll be happy to update again. Thanks again Erik for making the effort, its nice to see that there are still people out there willing to make things right.
